Pelvic floor assessment – An assessment for problems with or associated with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, e.g. incontinence or prolapse. These appointments are with one of our senior women’s health physiotherapists.

Reflexology – Helps with pain management, anxiety and stress management, relaxing the nervous system. Reflexology can be an excellent adjunct to physiotherapy to help manage your pelvic health concerns.
