Can I bring my baby to the appointment?

Yes, if childcare cannot be arranged, babies are welcome at your appointment. However, we kindly ask that appointments run to time to ensure the best experience for all clients.

Yes, there is one parking space directly outside the clinic for clients. However, as the clinic often accommodates multiple visitors, you are welcome to use the layby to the right of the clinic, outside Oakland House. Alternatively, there is a pay-and-display car park located on Oaklands Drive, just a 2–3-minute walk away (postcode: M33 7NS). Please allow extra time for parking.

We are happy to provide you with an invoice for your treatment, allowing you to claim reimbursement. Please note that all appointments must be paid for in advance, and we do not accept insurance codes for payment at a later date.

Yes, all physiotherapists at Bump to Beyond are HCPC registered. Please note, we also have other therapists who specialise in areas outside of physiotherapy. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact the clinic for clarification.

This can vary significantly depending on your specific issue. Your therapist is trained to provide a tailored treatment plan based on your goals and needs, which will be discussed during your initial assessment. 

No, a GP referral is not required to book an appointment with us. Our women’s health physiotherapists are specialists in this field and can provide expert advice and treatment in areas where GPs may not have specific training.
